As much as I enjoy offering free content to up and coming “ten2millionaires,” I find it challenging writing long form posts.
In the spirit of the Bigger Pockets Podcast “Quick Tip” feature, I’m going to offer tips and tricks on things that help me invest and manage my portfolio effectively.
I’m calling this “Flash Tips” to honor my furry partner in crime, Flash Gordon.
Flash goes everywhere with me and is an active partner in both of my companies.
Clients love him and tenants get a kick out of having a dog demanding affection as they sign a lease in my office.
He is also gone in a flash, if you look away. He is one sneaky dog.
